When I began what is turning out to be quite a treatise, I felt in large part Americans had miserably failed a national IQ test regarding what took place with the 2020 General Election. But after a bit of thought, I realize I was not correct.

But unfortunately, most Americans also believe that their government, while quite obviously bloated and flawed, is still doing the work of the people. And sadly, as these months and years of the Biden presidency drag on, the corrupt and broken, duplicitous and unethical truth is quickly being revealed. The American political machine is being exposed for it truly is...

I think most Americans now realize that they’ve gotten themselves into quite a predicament with their blind faith, with their complacency and their indulgences and excesses. They have come to terms with the harsh reality that, for good or bad, Donald Trump is no longer the president and what has replaced him is more glaringly and diametrically opposite to him than anyone could have imagined.
No…Donald Trump is no longer the president and regardless of what people are saying or what many are hoping and praying for, I do not believe he will ever be again. If he is not taken down by the litany of lawsuits he is currently facing I believe he will be forced to primary, at which time he will become yesterday's news. I reserve the right to be wrong about this however!

He promised to drain the swamp in Washington DC...but he failed. He didn’t even really lower it much. The Progressive Left will be successful in their unrelenting efforts to destroy him...to take him down. The American people are exhausted by it all and will not choose to endure four more years like his first four. Trump’s time has come and gone. His star rose but now it has set.
I believe Donald Trump’s purpose was to rip the lid off the rancid dumpster that is American politics and expose the slithering, festering maggots that run the place. His greatest success was to lay the groundwork for meaningful change. He raised the bar. His election threw a wrench into their gears of the deep state.
Now the whole world knows what goes on in Washington DC.
The other reality Americans now face is that the Democrats are in control of all three branches of government. They call the shots. They have figuratively weaponized Federal Law Enforcement agencies and literally armed the IRS. And the doddering, dementia-riddled and dishonest man who sits behind the Resolute Desk is running amok without adult supervision.
Executive orders, intentionally meant to fundamentally destroy America, are flying off Biden’s desk at a speed that boggles the mind. Most of them are clearly illegal...many are unconstitutional. But the wheels of justice turn slow and in the time it takes to get them into the High Court to have them struck down, the damage they are causing in unfathomable.
If a president has the power to create law all by himself, the American people must realize and accept that they have allowed whoever sits behind that desk to become the equivalent of a king or a dictator. The process has been abused by every president regardless of political party. But there is no arguing that was is currently happening is beyond the pale.

Eliminating Trump era travel ban from countries unable to vet those leaving
Establishing a moratorium on deportations
Mandating release of all illegal immigrants in ICE custody
Eliminating Trump era mandate for reducing Federal regulations
Restoring collective bargaining for Federal employees
Halting gas and oil leases on Federal lands and waters
Reopening ObamaCare marketplaces
Re-instating personal fines for not having health care insurance
Ending Trump era mandate for lower insulin and other drug prices
Terminating construction of the wall at our southern border
Removing penalties for sanctuary cities that disregard Federal immigration laws
Counting undocumented immigrants in the census and not requiring proof of legal entry
Requiring travelers to wear masks in airports and when traveling on planes, buses, etc.
Restoring the Mexico City policy forbidding U.S. financing of abortion in foreign countries.
Reinserting our nation into the Paris Climate Accord
Re-entering the Iran Nuclear Deal
Mandating transgender athletes can competing in the sport of their choice.
This is just a partial list. This is where I am compelled to ask these questions...
How do any of these executive orders benefit the average American?
How do any of them improve life here in America?
There is only one answer to both questions...
they do not!
The Constitution is very clear:
Laws can only be proposed and enacted by Congress
A President has no such power. Much of which Joe Biden has ordered either establishes law or circumvents it…in most cases it violates and contradicts existing law. But have you noticed something? No one is challenging this...
It begs the question why?
Left unchecked, the Democrats are in the process of forever changing our country...so much so that it will never again be that shining city on a hill Ronald Reagan spoke so fondly of.
We have quite a fight on our hands, and it is going to be a figurative battleground for us over the next two to four years. But we must stand our ground and know what we are up against.

While they are holding the majorities in Congress and controlling the White House, we must be prepared to witness huge power-grabs by the Democrats, including their attempts to institute statehood for the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. If they are successful, which they may well be, it will bring four more Democrat senators into the halls of Congress, along with however many more Democrat representatives their populations dictate. If this is allowed, it literally spells doom for Conservatives.
Are you beginning to see what’s at stake?
Are you understanding what these evil monsters are doing?
Are you grasping the task before us?
Thank God President Trump was able to appoint constitutional conservatives to the Supreme Court and many circuit courts when he was in office. All of us have seen first-hand the disregard Obama, Bush and Clinton appointees have had for due process and the rule of law. Their refusal to hear the legitimate voter fraud cases is clear evidence of this. Only Justice Thomas was appalled at the SCOTUS inaction. It is to be noted that Coney-Barret and Kavanaugh voted with the majority to turn away hearing these cases.
And please know this…there is a very real possibility that the majority conservative view of SCOTUS may well change during this administration. We now have a justice that will be voting on women’s issues, yet she cannot seem to define what a woman is!
I have absolutely no reason to believe that this president will not attempt to pack the Supreme Court and lower courts to counter the conservative and Constitution-following judges. As the cowardly candidate hiding out in his basement, Joe Biden would not tell us what he would do. But one would have to be crazy to thinks these terrorists will not put the last nail in that coffin too! We must NEVER allow this to happen.
Once that takes place, nothing else we do will ever matter again.
What we must do while we still can, is demand our lawmakers and legislators vigorously and aggressively litigate any unconstitutional acts by the government. Until then, we must believe all is not lost. We still have an opportunity for our voices to be heard.
We must be steadfast in our defense of the Constitution and stand firm on holding on to our rights. At every turn we must defend, fight and argue and protest for our Constitutional rights...
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
These are the first ten amendments, better known as The Bill of Rights. The Progressives, once these rights are taken away or diluted, will run rampant and rough-shod over the rest of them. Of this you can be sure.
There are twenty-three more. I am assigning you homework with this essay...

So, let’s finish up...
What can we do to prevent this administration from fundamentally changing America? To be able to effect change, the first thing we need to do is define who we are and what we stand for. We need to do this for our own generation and every generation to come.
Liberty must be the keystone theme of our conservative movement. Equality of opportunity does not insure equity of outcome. The Progressives want to rig the system so it does however.
Our natural and inalienable rights, our religious liberties, our rights to private property, and the consent of the governed are the foundational principles of America and we must bring them front and center into our movement…as vehemently as the Progressives have removed them from theirs.
A return to the rule of law and reducing the size of our government must be in all of our demands, as does the moral sense of governing ourselves.
This is what we stand for. We must challenge the perception that conservatism and capitalism are not good right now. Progressives and their lock-step media are creating a false picture of us by focusing on the fringe elements of the Far-Right and representing them as who we all are.
We must take their broad brush from them and begin painting our own portraits!
Our strength lies in the power of our ideas and our ideals. It will not be easy. We live in a society that has been heavily and nearly completely propagandized. Our children are being indoctrinated by the Leftist teachers and administrators in our schools. Progressives and their followers are not open to listening to what those of us who have differing political opinions have to say because it does not fit into that propaganda and that indoctrination.
If you haven’t noticed, diversity of thought and tolerance of speech among the Left only pertains to what they think and what they say. They are succeeding in shutting down any speech with which they disagree.
We must talk louder than they!
We must scream our messages from the hill tops!
We do indeed have the best solutions to the problems that are facing America. In these troubled times, conservative values are exactly what is needed. In our darkening days, it is the transcendent faith, prudence, custom and tradition that is required…
these are what we bring to the table.
Congress, the Justice Department, the media, our educational system and the entertainment industry, all have been taken over by the Left some time ago. And now, as we can all see, they are the institutions that are generally opposed to traditional American values and capitalism.
Objective journalism, by and large, no longer exists. The press sees itself as being the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.
First and Second Amendment rights are under assault.
Conservative speech is being canceled at every turn.
Equal protection under the law no longer exists.
We must fix this!
Many years ago I learned two very important concepts…
First, vote with your feet!
If you don’t like the way you are being governed or the way your local tax dollars are being spent…MOVE! Go somewhere to which you are better suited.
Second, money talks, bullshit walks!
If you are not already, you should familiarize yourself with the term woke capitalism. It refers to the burgeoning wave of companies that have become advocates of social justice.
Many major corporations, not to mention billionaire individuals, are intervening in social and political issues. These woke corporations support activist groups and social movements, while adding their voices to political debates.
Woke capitalism has endorsed...
Black Lives Matter
Antifa
the MeToo Movement
contemporary feminism
illegal immigration activism
...and any number of other leftist causes.
With their financial and rhetorical support of these leftist movements, woke capitalists are merely placating their consumers and workers while avoiding the backlash of activists. By donating vast sums of money to and advertising directed at these leftist organizations, they curry favor with these movements and use their money as rhetorical cover.
These corporations spend an incredible amount of money...money we’ve given them by buying or using their products, to prove that they're not racists...that they are in tune with the cultural and social trends that are dragging America to its knees. They elude the prospects of being cancelled by activists, who would otherwise call for boycotts of their businesses on Twitter and other social media platforms.
To the socialist, the free market is the enemy. They seek to eliminate it. The free market threatens the system of state control in the case of state socialism. In the case of corporate socialism, the free market represents an impediment to their unhampered accumulation of wealth.
Corporate socialists do not mean to eliminate profit.
To the contrary, they mean to increase it and keep it all to themselves.
We got to see the corporate socialist plan placed into action (by the state socialists) with the COVID-19 lockdowns and the Black Lives Matter/Antifa riots over the last two years. The draconian lockdown measures employed by Democratic governors and mayors and the destruction perpetrated by the rioters are doing the work that corporate socialists want done. Leftist politics are helping to destroy small businesses, thus eliminating competitors.
The lockdowns and riots (combined) delivered a one-two punch that is knocking out millions of small businesses...the backbone of the American economy, all across America.
As I am writing this essay, 7.5 million small businesses in America are at risk of closing their doors for good. Minority-owned businesses are the most at-risk. Even with low-interest federal loans, close to half of all small business owners surveyed recently say they'll have to shut down for good if inflation and energy costs continue to soar.
With Democrats in charge, the outcome is both predictable as well as inevitable
The lockdowns and the riots prove that corporate socialism is alive, well and afoot in America. The most discouraging fact however is that there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that the lockdowns did anything to slow the spread of the virus.
Likewise, there is absolutely no evidence that Black Lives Matter movement has done anything to help Black lives.
If anything, the riotous and murderous campaigns of BLM and Antifa have proven that black lives do not matter to Black Lives Matter. In addition to murdering black people, BLM and Antifa riots have done enormous damage to black businesses and neighborhoods, and thus, to black lives.
As small businesses are being crushed by the combination of draconian lockdowns, riotous lunacy, strangling regulations and record inflation, corporate giants like Amazon, Apple, Google and Facebook are thriving like never before.
Is it any wonder that corporate elites favor leftist politics?
It is not just a coincidence that small businesses have been more than decimated by the COVID-19 lockdowns and the BLM / Antifa riots, while the corporate giants consolidate their grip on the economy, as well as their power over individual expression on the Internet and beyond.
These woke corporations...the ones that we continue to enrich via our patronage and purchases, are promoting the free and illegal movement of labor across national borders.
They are encouraging, for their financial benefit, the creation of utterly new identity types for new niche markets, by welcoming gender pluralism, transgenderism and other identity morphisms that are contributing to the dismantling of the family.
They stand strongly in favor of globalism...a singular globalized government and economy with one set of laws.
Woke corporations and the Progressive agenda share the same goals and objectives...
unfettered immigration
gender pluralism and transgenderism
the dissolution of the family.
to destroy historical memory and inherited culture,
to eliminate Christianity
to make the nation state obsolete.
a one-world monopoly of government.
the destruction of free enterprise.
In the final analysis, these woke corporations are serving to make America and the world more amendable to leftist and socialist ideas. They are, unwittingly or not, promoting corporate socialism and when we buy their products we are, wittingly or unwittingly, promoting state socialism.
These mega-corporations rely on our ignorance as much if not more than they rely on our loyalty. If you knew that last year alone, the following corporations donated more than $690 million to the Black Lives Matter and other Far-Left groups, would you still give them your money?
